Artonthewall.se is an e-commerce company that sells photographs and art, and is owned by Holmquistsign AB. The company is based at Rotemannavägen 5, 145 57 Norsborg. Organization number: 556075-7436.
AGE LIMIT
At Artonthewall.se an 18 years old age limit is applied when purchasing goods.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is stated with the price including VAT. At the checkout, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and the final amount to be paid.
Payment is made directly, through card payment via Paypal. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
RETURNS
When we print a certain photo upon the customer’s request, we do not accept returns concerning that you want to replace or undo your purchase. This is in accordance with the Consumer Agency’s rules regarding the right of withdrawal.
However, you can make a product complaint if the item you have ordered is damaged or does not match your expectations regarding the quality.

WARRANTIES, SERVICE AND RETURNS
If there is visible damage on the product that has occurred before the customer has received the delivery, the product goes to complain and may be sent to Rotemannavägen 5, 145 57, Norsborg. Art on the Wall will pay for the shipping cost.
In these cases, you must first contact us at: info@artonthewall.se.
If it turns out that the product is damaged, the consumer will be refunded the shipping cost and a new, equal product will be sent. Art on the Wall will pay for shipping.
DELIVERIES
From the time your product is produced, delivery time is estimated to be 1-5 working days within Sweden. The item is shipped with Schenker. To other countries it takes between 3-10 working days depending on the country. We guarantee that it will take a maximum of 30 days from the time you place your order until you receive your goods.
For deliveries outside of Stockholm, a shipping cost will be added. Our deliveries outside of Stockholm is done through Schenker, and the cost is based on their price list.
NOT COLLECTED PACKAGE
Most items are available at your postal agent for a maximum of 14 days. On the delivery note you will find information about the time limit. Shipments that are not collected in time will be sent back to us.
For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping and handling fee. At present, this cost corresponds to 180 SEK.
FORCE MAJEUR
Events that are outside of Art on the Wall’s control, which cannot be reasonably foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Art on the Wall is expected from its obligations to fulfil the agreements.
OTHER
Art on the Wall reserves the right for any printing errors in texts on this website. Art on the Wall does not guarantee that all images exactly reproduce the true appearance of the products. Art on the Wall reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.
PRIVACY POLICY
When you place an order with us, you provide your personal information. In correlation with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement with you.
